About your masonry contractor in Mission, TX
How I came to masonry
I didn't start out laying brick. My early working years went to running schedules for a busy building company, and on those jobs I got to know the masons well enough to start working beside them. I learned the trade on their crews, then started Premier Mission Concrete and Masonry here in Mission, TX, in 2013.
Most people who call us are homeowners in Mission and the cities around it who want someone to tell them straight what their walls, chimneys and yards need. I care most that you understand your own house, because a homeowner who knows why a joint failed makes better choices for years after we leave. That's why we're known for explaining things before we touch anything, and for brick and mortar repair that matches what's already there. I'd rather do the right repair than the biggest one, and I want our crew to leave work they'd be glad to show a neighbor. You can see the masonry work we do around Mission on our home page.
Licensing, insurance and city permits
Licensed and insured
Licensed and insured. Ask about this before anyone works on your house, and I'm glad to go over it when I come out for the estimate. Our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee.
City of Mission permits and business license
The City of Mission has its own business license application with a $50.00 fee. Its Inspections Division requires a permit for any concrete or asphalt slab with a value of $100 or more, and it inspects work against minimum building codes. When your job needs a city permit, we take care of the paperwork with the city and build the wait into the schedule. If your home sits in the city's historic district, tell us early, because most projects there also need approval from the Historic Preservation Commission.
Serving Mission Since 2013
What working with us is like
You understand the job before you agree to it
I walk the job with you and explain what's wrong with your masonry in plain words, and why, before you agree to any part of it. Before we pack up, we show you what to watch for on your own walls and paving, so you can catch small problems early.
The person who quotes your job answers the phone
I come out to look at every job myself and give the estimate, and I answer my own phone. A crew lead runs the work on site with our masons and I check in along the way, so you can always reach the person who saw your house.
Your job is lined up before it starts
I ran schedules for a busy company before I learned the trade, so we line up permits, deliveries and other trades before your job starts. You hear from us about what comes next, so you're not left wondering when the crew will show up. When you're ready, call or write to us to set up your free estimate.
