Terms and Conditions

Premier Mission Concrete and Masonry, missionconcreteandmasonry.com, hello@missionconcreteandmasonry.com
Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of the Premier Mission Concrete and Masonry website and any estimate or work you ask us for. By using the site, calling us or sending our form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site, and call us with any questions before you book work.
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Premier Mission Concrete and Masonry, and "you" means the person using the site or asking us for work. A signed written agreement for your job takes priority over these terms wherever the two differ.
What we do
We're a masonry contractor in Mission, TX, doing brick, block, stone and concrete work for homeowners in Mission and the cities around it. You can read about the work we offer on our home page and about our crew on our About page.
The descriptions on this site are general. What we'll actually do on your property is set by the estimate and written agreement for your job, because no two walls, foundations or driveways are the same.
Estimates and pricing
Our estimates are free, done in person and come with no obligation to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure at the visit, so it covers the work described in it and nothing else.
Masonry jobs sometimes turn up problems that can't be seen until the work is open, such as a cracked footing behind a wall or rotted framing behind veneer. If that happens, we'll stop, show you what we found and give you the added cost in writing before we go on. We won't do extra work you haven't approved.
An estimate stays good for the time written on it. After that, material prices can change, so we may need to update it.
Scheduling, weather and cancellation
We'll give you a start date when you accept the estimate, and we'll keep you posted if it moves. Mortar and concrete need the right conditions to set properly, so rain, high wind or extreme heat can push work back, and so can material delays or permit timing that's outside our control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as soon as you can at (956) 379-6055. If materials have already been ordered or custom-cut for your job, the written agreement says what you'd owe for them.
Payment
Your written agreement sets the price, any deposit and when each payment is due. Larger jobs are usually paid in stages tied to the work, and smaller repairs are usually paid when the job is done.
Please pay invoices by the date shown on them. If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is current, and we keep any rights Texas law gives contractors to secure payment for work and materials.
Warranties and disclaimers
We stand behind our work with our satisfaction guarantee, and any workmanship warranty for your job is spelled out in your written agreement. Materials such as brick, stone, pavers and block carry their maker's own warranty, and we'll pass those along to you.
Our warranty doesn't cover damage from things we don't control, such as soil movement, flooding, tree roots, other contractors' work, misuse or a lack of normal upkeep. Natural stone and brick also vary in color and texture from piece to piece, and mortar color can shift as it cures, so small differences from a sample aren't defects.
The content on this website is general information, provided as is. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's complete or current, and it isn't a substitute for an in-person look at your property.
Limits on our liability
We're licensed and insured, and we're responsible for the work we do. To the extent Texas law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost use of your property or lost income, and our total liability on a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
We aren't liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website rather than on a written estimate for your job.
Settling disagreements
If something about your job isn't right, call us first. Most problems get sorted out quickly once we're back on site and can see them together.
If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court. Any lawsuit must be filed in the courts of Hidalgo County, Texas.
Which law applies
These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the new version applies once it's posted on this page. A change won't alter a written agreement you've already signed with us.
